2025 Part A & B costs
Medicare Part A covers inpatient hospital, skilled nursing facility, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation, and some home health care services. Almost 99 percent of Medicare beneficiaries do not have a Part A monthly premium since they have at least 40 quarters (10 years) of Medicare-covered employment.
The charts below show deductibles, copays and co-insurance for people with original Medicare Parts A & B only (no Medigap Supplement / no Part C Medicare Advantage).
